We retired early (under 50yo) and sold our large home. Since we plan to buy our next place 100% with equity (no mortgage!), we're trying to decide between a Condo and a small 2 bed house. We're concerned about HOA fees/restrictions and want to avoid communities that skew much older
for long term financial health, do condos hold their value decently? Or, would buying a condo significantly hurt our potential inheritance for the kids compared to a house? What did others in similar early retirement situations decide?
