Alright, folks. I'm three months into retirement and officially bored.
The main catch? I need super flexible, part time hours since my 10 yo keeps me busy. The pay doesn't matter, I just want something genuinely fun to do.

My passions are shooting, hunting, and motorcycles, but I have zero interest in the typical gun store grind or dealer sales drama.
Has anyone here stumbled into a surprisingly awesome, unexpected PT job that relates to these hobbies, but isn't the obvious retail route?

Since you love shooting and hunting, look into becoming a certified Hunter Education Instructor for your state's Department of Natural Resources.
I've read classes are typically a few days or weekends, making them super flexible for your 10-year-old's schedule.
It lets you teach your passion without the retail drama that you mentioned.
For the motorcycle angle, how about becoming a paid motorcycle escort for charity rides, races, or parades?
It's event-based, often weekend work, and you get paid to ride.
You can try checking with local HOG chapters or major event organizers for opportunities.
