retire early at 40

I keep hearing people talking about wanting to retire early at 40, I gotta admit, this idea is really interesting
I'm 30 now, have a pretty nice job, with an income of almost $100K/ year
what do you think would be a good and effective strategy to retire at 40?

if you really want to retire 10 years later, you need to save a lot of money. you need a disciplined investment strategy based on the FIRE principles. depends on how much your income is, you need to aggressively save and invest at least 50% to 70% of your income
