Thoughts on Optilume?

Has anyone tried this newer treatment for BPH called Optilume? My mom is having a rough time with the usual meds, dizziness, fatigue so we're exploring alternatives.
I'm still doing my research, but would love to hear if anyone here has firsthand experience or knows someone who's gone through it.
