I chanced upon an interesting article on Buzzfeed about why time seems to speed up as we get older. Apparently, there's a science to it, and it's a combination of our brains processing information more slowly and our lives becoming more routine, with fewer new, memorable experiences. It makes a lot of sense, especially now that I'm not in the daily grind anymore and the weeks kind of blend together. This made me think.. Have any of you found ways to intentionally slow down time? I'm trying to add new hobbies and travel into my routine, but I'd love to hear what's working for others.
